What the buyer may do
The original buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased files for personal events, classrooms, church groups and internal workplace events. Editable files may be customized for the buyer's own permitted use.
What is not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the original or modified files.
- Uploading the files to a shared drive, marketplace, public website or file-sharing service.
- Sharing the download with another organization, client or buyer.
- Claiming the files or original design elements as your own work.
- Using the files as a paid public-event deliverable or commercial product without prior written permission.
Third-party names and software
Microsoft PowerPoint and other third-party names or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase does not include third-party software, subscriptions or trademark rights. Digital Game Shows is independent and does not claim sponsorship or endorsement by third-party game shows, networks or software providers.
Questions and commercial permissions
Contact contact@digitalgameshows.com before any use that falls outside the standard license. Include the product, event type, audience, distribution method and whether clients will receive a copy of the file.
