Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products
All Sales are Final Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Technical Issues and Support While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure you have a great experience. Please check your order upon reception. If you experience any technical issues (such as a corrupted file, inability to download, or receiving the wrong item), please contact us immediately at carinush.business@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a working copy of your purchase.
Exchanges Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer exchanges. Please read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Exceptions While our general policy is strictly no-refund, we may make rare exceptions on a case-by-case basis (for example, if you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice within the same transaction). If you believe this applies to you, please get in touch with us.
European Union Right of Withdrawal Exemption If you are a consumer based in the European Union, please note that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has started. By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
