1. About these Terms
DigitalGameShows.com ("Digital Game Shows", "we", "us" or "our") operates this online store from New York, New York, United States. These Terms of Service govern your access to digitalgameshows.com and your purchase and use of our downloadable products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and any product-specific conditions shown before purchase.
2. Online store and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country. You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, or provide false or misleading information.
3. Digital products only
We sell downloadable PowerPoint games, templates, instructions and related digital files. No physical item is shipped. The product page describes the files supplied, required software, compatibility and any relevant limitations. You are responsible for checking those requirements before purchase.
4. Instant electronic delivery
After successful payment, access to the digital files is normally provided immediately on the order-confirmation page and/or by email. Delivery times shown on the website or in a product feed refer to electronic delivery, not postal shipping. If the email does not arrive, check the spam or promotions folder and contact us with the order email and order number. We will help restore access to a valid purchase.
5. Software and compatibility
Many products require a supported desktop version of Microsoft PowerPoint. Some interactive features may require macros and may not work in PowerPoint Online, Google Slides, Keynote, older PowerPoint versions, tablets or mobile devices. The specific product description controls where requirements differ. Third-party software and devices are not included in the purchase.
6. License granted to the customer
Unless a product page or a separate written license says otherwise, a purchase grants the original buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for personal events, classrooms, church groups and internal workplace events. You may customize an editable file for your own permitted use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, share or make the files available to others; remove ownership notices; claim the files as your own; or use them for paid public events, client deliverables or other commercial distribution without our prior written permission.
7. Intellectual property and third-party names
Original website content, product files, designs and documentation created by Digital Game Shows are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to third-party products, software, television formats or trademarks are descriptive, and all third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Digital Game Shows is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with those rights holders unless a relationship is expressly documented in writing by the relevant rights holder.
8. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated or displayed as required. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details.
9. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorized, fraud or abuse is suspected, a price or product listing contains a material error, or the transaction would violate applicable law. If we cancel a paid order before digital delivery, the amount received for that order will be refunded.
10. Refunds and statutory rights
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital orders are generally final once access or a download link has been supplied. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a file is corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so we can troubleshoot, replace the file or provide another remedy required by law.
For customers covered by European consumer law, the standard withdrawal right for digital content may be lost after supply begins only where the legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right. 11. Promotions and product information
Promotions are subject to the conditions shown with the offer and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep descriptions, previews, prices and availability accurate. We may correct genuine errors, but we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

13. Third-party tools and links
The store may link to Shopify, Microsoft, payment providers or other third-party services. Their products and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for a third party's separate service.
14. Reviews and user submissions
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your experience, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and format that content in connection with the store. We may remove spam, illegal material, undisclosed promotional content or abusive submissions.
15. Disclaimer
Except for warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, the website and digital products are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted website access or compatibility with software or hardware not identified as supported on the applicable product page.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product, unsupported software, failure to follow stated requirements, or a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful redistribution of our files, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and payment providers process information necessary to host the store, secure transactions and complete orders.
19. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to the website or download service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct or material violations of these Terms. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including license restrictions and intellectual-property provisions, remain effective.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, products or law. The current version and revision date will be published on this page. Changes do not remove rights already acquired for a completed purchase.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country or state of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law may hear disputes.
